Time that lowers pressure.
Better coverage gives portraits, family, details, and reception moments enough space to happen naturally.

Every collection is built around one question: what do you want to feel when you look back at these images in twenty years?
How We Work
We take on a limited number of weddings each year so we can give each one the attention it needs. Every collection includes an engagement session, a planning call, and timeline help, so by the time the wedding day comes, we already know what matters, who matters, and where we need to be.
"Every image is a feeling."
— Emma & James, Pensacola Beach
What The Investment Protects
You are not only choosing hours of coverage. You are choosing the people who will move through the most emotionally loaded day of your life with timing, taste, backup systems, and enough presence to let you forget the cameras are there.
Enough guidance to look beautiful, never so much that the wedding starts to feel staged.
The visible moments, the private ones, and the people who made the room feel full.
Backup-minded workflow, clear delivery expectations, full-resolution files, and personal communication.
What the coverage is for
Private studio guide
The difference between collections is not just an hour count. It is how much of the story can be protected without rushing, splitting attention, or leaving the emotional parts to chance.
Better coverage gives portraits, family, details, and reception moments enough space to happen naturally.
Heirloom and Legacy collections protect the moments happening in separate rooms, different angles, and same-second reactions.
The higher collections carry the work into album design, longer films, and a more complete record for the people who will inherit it.
Before you choose
The collection should feel considered before the contract ever arrives. We read the details you send, talk through what the day actually needs, and recommend the coverage that protects the feeling without adding noise.
You are talking with the people who will photograph and film the wedding, so the advice is practical from the beginning.
Hours, second shooters, film coverage, and albums are recommended around your venue, timeline, family, and priorities.
That session is part of the experience, because comfort before the wedding changes how the photographs feel on the day itself.
Photography
Every main wedding collection includes your full-resolution gallery and an engagement session. Intimate weddings and elopements keep that session optional, so smaller days stay simple.

Questions
Popular dates book 12–18 months out. Last-minute availability does happen — ask.
Yes. We've photographed destination weddings across the Gulf Coast, the Southeast, and internationally, and we're happy to travel anywhere your story takes you. Travel fees apply for locations outside of the Pensacola area — we'll outline everything clearly in your quote.
Every wedding is different, but full-day galleries typically land around 50–80 images per hour of coverage. We do not pad the count with repeats. The finished gallery is edited for story, feeling, and usefulness.
Rain makes for some of our favorite images. We come prepared for any weather and know how to find beauty in unexpected conditions. We'll work with you ahead of time on contingency plans so nothing catches us off guard.
Yes. We require a retainer to hold your date, with the remaining balance due 30 days before your wedding. We're happy to set up a custom payment schedule that works for your timeline — just ask.
Yes. Every wedding collection includes a planning call. Main wedding photography and photo + film collections include an engagement session; intimate weddings and elopements can keep that session optional.
They gave the day a calm we could feel. The photographs are beautiful, the film brings the room back, and the whole experience felt considered from beginning to end.
